Disliked: It was too scary to stay here. After contacting booking.com to explain this hotel is attached to a gaming facility and is not a country hotel as suggested in the description but is more like a low grade motel at the back of a gaming facility we checked out within 90 minutes of checking in. This matter is being investigated by booking.com team and we are awaiting to receive a full refundReception had closed early and we were forced to enter the gaming facility in order to check in. The three members of the gaming staff mistreated us insisting we pay up front for possible damages to the room. We explained we were just normal holidaymakers and had not consumed either drugs or alcohol but was just needing to rest after a long day travelling.Upon entering the room we found it dingy, stinking of cigarettes one of the two beds had a foam rubber mattress and we found bed bugs in this bed. Bathroom was also dingy, toilet was dirty, towels were poor quality and in no way did the room meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel.The least we would have expected would be that it was clearly stated in the description that this accommodation was part of a gaming facility. Photos attached show bed bug, dingy room, holes from cigarettes in sheets, low grade motel block
