Disliked: We were not made aware of the room being up flights of stairs which we had difficulty in managing due to physical problems bathroom had no grab rail to assist The view from window was the roof

It was good - pretty...

Liked: I liked the fact that check in was very fast and the staff provided me with all of the necessary and relevant information that I needed. I also liked that I was given a card for a free drink upon check in - a very nice gesture after a long plane and train ride.
Disliked: There was a strange, unpleasant smell each time I initially entered my room, which went away after I had the aircon on for a while. I found it strange that there was a large window in the bathroom that looked out to a neighbour's veranda... Anyone standing on that veranda could easily see straight into the bathroom, so I had to shower and use the bathrrom with the blinds for that window down. Weird design choice.

Good spot, good food

Liked: Staff were great we came very late, the gentlemen’s dealt with was super friendly and accommodating which was great after a 10 hour drive. Got some food and a free pint. Highly recommended
