Liked: Location is great for my trip. Also it is right next to Westfield shopping centre, Macca's, petrol, BWS, etc, very convenient.Reception Staff is so warm and welcoming. The little chat with us made a great connection.The rooms are spacious and well designed to be able to fit in a lot of things. Bathroom looks have been recently renovated. Rooms and beds are so clean, spotless verywhere. Good quality of pillow and bedding stuff, really comfy to sleep.
Disliked: It is not noise proof at all. You can hear very clearly of people talking next door. But there's a sign hanging inside the room saying that you can contact staff for unreasonable noise after 10pm, which I guess can be helpful if needed.

Liked: Great reception.Minor issues with room, dripping tap, fading light bulb.Reception organised a plumber and electrician within the day Our stay was for ten nights, so acted on promptly.Was offered a different room, but had unpacked then discovered minor issues and decided to stay put.

Liked: Very comfortable beds, room is very small but perfect for just a place to sleep and shower.
