Liked: Very good 3 star hotel..staff exceptionally friendly. Bed was very comfy. Tim Tam's coke, lemonade and water provided free in room. Great amenity kit in bathroom.

Comfortable clean convenient

Liked: Proximity to beach and Sandrigham station. Good food and good service at bar . Nice to sit on verandah and look over to sea . Room was clean comfortable
Disliked: We had quite a bit of noise from circulating kitchen fan outside window of room 3 . Also neighbour had his TV up very loud during late evenings and early mornings requiring us and tenant in room 1 to knock on his door to turn volume down considering the lateness of hour and 04h00 in early morning

Expensive because it's in Sandringham....

Liked: The bed and location were great.
Disliked: Hole in the window sill like a rat had been chewing through it. The halway was in terrible shape. The room smelt like mould. The shower was filthy. The noise from the other guests was unbearable.
