Disliked: Air-conditioning wasnt working properly, sink plug in bathroom jammed constantly I gave up trying to open it to drain the sink. Someone's extra small underpants was under the bed and their charger im assuming left snapped off in the wall outlet. The DnD signs need to be changed so the wind doesnt blow them off, i had a cleaning lady wake me up on my 2nd day. Seems to be common seen alot on the ground. 🤡 all it takes is to walk with your eyes open to see.

Liked: Was comfortable and suited Eid for what we needed.
Disliked: The lights outside the windows, the curtains did not cover the full window and black out the light to the front bedroom. Also the main office was not manned all the time so people were always trying to open the door which made a lot of noise. As this room was opposite we heard everything.

Nice and pleasant short stay

Liked: Everyday housekeeping. Complimentary water/soft drinks/shower facilities. Great quality bed sheets/pillows. Quick/easy check-in / check-out. Restaurant is nearby for drinks and dinner. Location is great.
Disliked: No microwave. Very hot water in shower, need to be careful. Can be noisy from the neighbours/parking/smoking area.

Liked: Staff and customer service are brilliant. I received extra towels and bits and pieces with no hassle and didn't have any issues after check in. Check in was an absolute breeze due to the exceptional customer service I received at the front desk.
Disliked: The tv and the wifi speed.
