Disliked: When we got to the room the “I’m Messy sign” was still on the door. When the door opened we were greeted with a strong smell either cigarettes or body odour. The bathroom toilet hadn’t been cleaned and had poo down the inside and scum and mould around shower plus the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser inside the shower had product build up which has been there for a while. We only had two towels for three people. The walls had green smudges and smears of something on it and the sheets had some brown stains. The air conditioner in the room which we had to run because of the smell check making a loud clicking noise all night. The carpets when walked on also left the soles of your feet dirty. There were people walking and telling in the accomodation hall all night.
