Liked: Was so neat and tidy, very clean and organised.The best and pillows were so comfortable I honestly wanted to take them home
Disliked: Absolutely nothing I honestly couldn’t fault anything, Maybe just the bathroom as it was very small and not much room with the toilet and shower being so close together

so distressing and dissapointing

Disliked: when i walked into the room the smell hit me as soon as i opened the door, it was disgusting, it smelt like really bad smelly feet but SO strong. I went straight downstairs to let the manager now, she came up to the room and could smell it also, she went and got some room spray and a machine to help clear the smell, but i was to stay 2 nights, but had to book out the next morning, i did not sleep at all, because of the machine which gave me bad asthma, which i haven't had for about 30 years, and i did'nt even want to sleep in the bed so was just layed on the top of the doona.The manager was going to give me a reduced rate for the inconvience on the first night, they put it in the notes for you to see. so i would like a refund for the second night and a reduced rate for the first night.Awaiting to hear from you....
