Terrible, charged twice with incompetent...

Liked: Nothing but the worst experience.
Disliked: Booked for 2 nights, paid in advance and they stated the didn't receive the payment and insisted it be paid for again. Receipts shown including bank confirmation with no attempt to assist with contacting booking.com and refusal to discuss with management. Multiple attempts to contact booking.com when it was obviously paid for were unsuccessful and staff refused to assist with contact to rectify the situation. Ended up paying twice for a substandard room, terrible staff and service in a terrible location. I can not advise to stay away enough. Total waste of money and poor customer service. Keep driving past this one!
