Staff pleasant and room clean

Liked: N/a
Disliked: The blind in the Room 7 was obviously broken and staff member could not release it to get it down to keep 5am light out! I used pillows against window to keep morning light out which worked, but blind should have been fixed before we arrived!

Disliked: The noise from other residents was disturbing they were so loud shouting and carrying on until the early hours of the morning, we did not sleep at all.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Staff excellent, food and beverages (including 2 for free as guests) just lovely, clean comfortable room
Disliked: The bed was uphill at the foot which was weird. At one stage during the night I put my pillow up at the foot of the bed and slept that way up. Location is UMINA not Ettalong Beach - Booking.com got it wrong. It is after all the Umina Hotel. There was an advertising banner on the awning near our window that flapped all night, as it was not tied down.

Lovely location, great staff and...

Liked: Hotel bed was incredibly clean, big rooms, really lovely staff and convenient location. Close to lots of shops in Ettalong.
Disliked: A bit noisy! Music turns off at midnight and there were lots of warnings about the noise so we appreciated the forewarning. No safe in room or safe place to leave luggage in a separate area
