Comfortable, helpful staff

Liked: Service from staff excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink, bottled spring water and fortune cookies. Free use of laundry with washing machine and dryer is helpful. Not much steps to climb, especially if you enter on the accommodation side. Pub and restaurant on site. This hotel fits the expected public standards.
Disliked: In future they may replace the carpet tiles and install ramps for wheelchair and heavy luggage access

Liked: Despite being next to Bankstown airport, there was minimal noise. Parking was easy
Disliked: Someone was given the same access code and room on my first night and wasn't really comfortable for the other 2 nights . It was, however, fixed quickly.

Liked: The property was clean and quiet during the night (after I turned the noisy fridge off)
Disliked: After running the water for 5 minutes the water was still cold. As a result we couldn’t have showers.There wasn’t a facewasher supplied so you couldn’t have a quick scrub using the cold water.We had to get help from staff to get the tv on. Then we found that ‘free to air’ wasn’t an option. The only channels available were by app. Instructions on using the tv would have been very helpful.

Had quite a pleasant stay.

Liked: Bed was excellent most comfortable bed I have stayed in a long time, air con was on as the day was quite hot so it was lovely I could cool down straight away.
Disliked: There were fireworks begin set off in the parking lost I thought they were gunshots
