Apart from the cold water,...

Liked: The property was clean and quiet during the night (after I turned the noisy fridge off)
Disliked: After running the water for 5 minutes the water was still cold. As a result we couldn’t have showers.There wasn’t a facewasher supplied so you couldn’t have a quick scrub using the cold water.We had to get help from staff to get the tv on. Then we found that ‘free to air’ wasn’t an option. The only channels available were by app. Instructions on using the tv would have been very helpful.

Had quite a pleasant stay.

Liked: Bed was excellent most comfortable bed I have stayed in a long time, air con was on as the day was quite hot so it was lovely I could cool down straight away.
Disliked: There were fireworks begin set off in the parking lost I thought they were gunshots

Disliked: 1. The rooms need to be pest controlled. There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room and throughout the night my son was bitten all over his hands, face and body. Place a net over the bathroom windows to stop this.2. The rooms are not noise proof, could hear everything.

Liked: Manager was very nice an helpful , also get complimentary drinks . Very close to bistro an public bar an beer garden which was great .
Disliked: Nothing to complain about , cleaners were quick an good . Wasn't noisy at night . Nothing negative to report .
