Great hotel in the wrong...

Liked: The staff and facilities were wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: The area was quite rough and the locals can be loud.

Not safe for solo travellers

Liked: The room was clean and well presented and the balcony is amazing
Disliked: Being woken at 4am to a fire alarm only to find out my key card didn't work so I was locked out of my room until finally someone who worked there showed up after i called the number for security. It took me over an hour to get back in my room and no apology etc was offered.Wouldn't feel safe staying there again.
