Liked: The customer service was excellent, it’s close to the QEH and had everything we needed for our emergency trip to Adelaide.
Disliked: You could hear the room next door through the walls. Although there were signs to say to be quiet and respectful of other patrons, our neighbours were not. We purchased ear plugs so was fine after the first night. Having said this, I would still stay there again.

Liked: Location worked well for us. Room was clean, good lighting, bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit small, not suited for a bigger person.

Disliked: I had been promised a 'ground floor room. On arrival I was told there was no such rooms at this hotel. Having climbed three flights of stairs I found that the room key did not work. This required me to retrace the stairs to the office and have the situation restored (taking 45 minutes) then making my way up the three flights, which caused me severe angina. Consequently, I consider this venue as most unsatisfactory and will discourage anyone else from booking it. When attending the bar, the Bar attendant was terse to the point of rudeness, making for a most unpleasant experience.
