Liked: The room was very clean and quiet with plenty of space. The Aircon worked a treat. It’s amazing that you can achieve that level of quiet when there is so much noise outside and downstairs - so don’t let the surrounds turn you off. It was very secure and we didn’t hear a peep all night. The staff were also very friendly, including the cleaning staff the next morning. The bathroom products were also really nice- shampoo, shower gel etc
Disliked: Overall, the cleanliness was very good, but I think those black light shades are going to give you grief in the years to come. They really need to be vacuumed every day to prevent fluff building up on them. I also found the bed very soft. Something a little more medium/firm would have provided a better comfort level. Definitely not a deal breaker. Overall I was very comfortable. I will bring my own coffee next time as that brand of coffee (sachets) was dead awful.
