Did the job but must...

Liked: Mostly came as advertised. We used it as a base to explore the blue mountains from and the location was great for that. I needed to store medication in the fridge the morning we got there (before check in time) and the manager was super accommodating and stored it for me no questions asked. This really made life easy for us and was much appreciated!
Disliked: The air conditioner in room 20 was rattling super loudly. We managed to be able to use it on 20% fan speed with a subway cookie wrapper folded up and tucked inside it where the rattling was coming from but this needs to be fixed. Also the sound proofing from the outside leaves a lot to be desired. We could hear the neighbours when they were outside our door as if it were open.
