One Night Stay

Liked: Location, Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: First, stayed in many of Night Cap group of hotels in Sydney, but comfort and facilities provided were way below the standards/other group hotels. Room very small, Bed/Pillows uncomfortable, no Table to keep stuff, no Hangers to hang cloths, Kettle Dirty, Toilet seat rest broken, Towels just one, and all other facilities in room were compromised except the pricing charged, which was way too high for the the kind of room provided. Stayed in a better rooms in their group hotels for a lesser price. I would rate this room - value for money as "1". in my opinion the price should not be in 3 digits for this room and should be in double digit, so people know they pay less and get lesser comfort. It was a huge disappointment, having stayed in their group hotels and had a excellent stay all along and to get this unpleasant surprise.

Disliked: There is no lift so could be a problem if you have a lot of luggages.

Comfortable, Safe and a Positive...

Liked: The staff were absolutely wonderful. As a young girl travelling from QLD by myself, I was so well looked after. My room was spacious and clean. Mick the manager was amazing and so friendly! Cannot wait to stay here again.

Not worth the price.

Liked: The room was clean and so was the bathroom.
Disliked: The rooms are not sound proof, we were unable to sleep at all. We were given a room facing the street. It was SO noisy at night, I woke up with a headache everyday. housekeeping chatter in front of our room door for 30 mins at 8:30am disturbing us. The room was also a lot smaller than what the photos portrayed.
