Liked: The staff was kind and attentive. The facilities were spotless and clean, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The location was also convenient, making our stay very enjoyable.

Liked: Having stayed here before, it suited us again for the location. The staff are very nice.
Disliked: I feel the room was a bit small and cramped.

Liked: The location and the cleanliness. Complimentary water and milk provided.
Disliked: There's no lift, and we had to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also, our room was being cleaned even before the check out time 10 a.m. which was disappointing.
