Disliked: having to fix the toilet again after telling staff 6 weeks ago about loose lids and also a toilet roll holder has been moved around on the floor for the last 6 weeks ( that I've seen)house keeping starts cleaning other rooms around 8-830 am so don't worry about sleeping in. all the doors in this place slam within the final inches of closing. even the entrance door. so ever door closing is head echoing down the long hall.

Disliked: Things were broken and run down when advertised as "newly renovated"Guests were loud, banging/slamming doors in the middle of the night.
