Great place to stay in...

Liked: Terrific location right in the heart of downtown - exceptionally clean and someone even came in and made our bed each day which is unusual nowadays - complimentary drink at the pub - complimentary cold water bottles - lovely large shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided - comfy bed with crisp linens.
Disliked: No hair dryer in the room and a note in the bathroom said to request one at reception. No reception area which we could see / the pub perhaps?? We sent an email re the foregoing and did not receive a reply. Unsure why they don’t just put a hairdryer in each room.

Liked: I loved how big the room was and how central the hotel is. We had a concert at RAC and it only took us 5mins to walk there It’s above a pub but you can’t hear much and you get free drink and 10% off food at the pub below which was amazing!

Liked: Bathroom was very spacious. Room was clean with all expected amenities.
Disliked: Clothes hangers were difficult to use. Had to stretch and twist to put clothes on. Qeen bed up against a wall, second person had to climb over bed to get in.
