Passable

Liked: The location was good for an event we were attending.
Disliked: The noise from the outside was too loud. Cars reving outside to all hours of the morning and foot traffic too loud until 5.30 am in the morning. We ended up with 2 hours of sleep and left and travelled home for 3 hours. I've stayed here before on the other side of the hotel and didn't experience the noise.This room was not good.

Good

Liked: Location was great, everything was fine, beds were good.
Disliked: Absolutely no parking at hotel and any close overnight parking was $95 a night. Some noise from entertainment area below.

Liked: Unfortunately only stayed one night but bed and pillow were super comfy , room was quiet and exactly what we needed after a long flight . A drink down below was a bonus upon arrival. Would defitnely stay again.

Liked: We found the the rooms very comfortable and very central to be able to walk to RAC Arena and surroundings, very clean, great bed and would definitely used this as our stay in Perth

Perfect location and good value

Liked: Perfect location for a function at a bar in the city. The room was quite small but the bathroom had plenty of room for 2 people getting ready to go out and everything was clean and tidy.
