Very disappointing, does not meet...

Liked: The breakfast was good.The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was booked as a wheelchair accessible room, however the bathroom especially the shower was totally unsuitable for a wheelchair user. The fixed shower head is not appropriate and needs to be handheld shower head. The way the shower is now there is high change of burning with hot water. Also. the hand basin is not suitable as there is no leg room underneath to access the basin properly.

Liked: The layout of the hotel was easy to navigate. The rooms were simple but clean, and nice to stay in. The included hot buffet breakfast made the stay great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great location, friendly, comfy, clean...

Liked: Easy access off highway, check in process easy no matter what time you arrive, friendly staff, dinner & breakfast available which takes the stress of finding something.

Great sleep, air con was...

Liked: The room was very large and comfortable. Parking just in front of our room. Oddly, the separate loo from the bathroom, within the room, was very useful.
Disliked: Nothing! It was all fine! Sadly for us, we slept in and missed the free breakfast...our problem, not theirs.
