Cozy and welcoming

Liked: All the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious considering you’re in the centre of Paris.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was an elevator out of order during my stay, which caused the second elevator to be a little crowded but nothing too bad, and not the hotel’s fault.

Liked: The staff were great. Great customer service
Disliked: The staff were great. My wife and I didn’t like the blood stains on the sheets. Their policy on holding a price on your card is wild. They went from 225 euros to adding 300 euros. Didn’t make sense

Cosy spot

Liked: Great location, loved the hotels style and coziness it offered.
Disliked: The tv functionalities weren’t the best and that’s a shame as everything else about the room was perfect. The breakfast situation is weird, it’s almost like it’s never enough food down there, but what was there was very tasty.
