Beautiful but small rooms

Liked: Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, although the room was very small. Loved the bathroom and the heated floors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft!
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that there was no one to greet us. I understand its a contactless check in/check out but it felt really impersonal and of course theres generally a delay in connecting with the person for any questions. The special link they provided didnt work.
