Vibe not a good fit...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Upon arrival I knew the vibe was not a good fit for me personally and decided not to stay. I was on the Camino and had reserved 3 nights there for rest days. I had to forfeit all three nights charge as I knew I would not have enjoyed being there. It appeared to be clean and well managed. Great location!

Good for pilgrims.

Liked: Breakfast was good and privat bunkbeds.

Lively meeting place.

Liked: Very central location. Welcoming staff. Bar with cheap prices. Kitchen and useful cooking facilities. Card operated washing and drying machines welcome after a week on the road. Easy to meet others up from Lisbon or down from santiago...
Disliked: Showers had wet floors throughout. Drains were uphill of trays.
