Very average

Liked: I liked the view and bedroom and bathroom aesthetic. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: There was no cold water. I filled the bathtub with water and it was so boiling hot that the room filled up with steam and it was unbearably hot. I asked the receptionist about the AC not working and she told me it's off for the entire building and didn't try to get me a solution. I had to leave my bedroom door open for 1 hour to let the hallway's coolness inside. It wasn't enjoyable having to shower or wash my hands with the water being so hot that my skin turned red and almost burnt. They also provided no cold water bottles. Didn't feel like a proper Marriott experience.

Liked: I wish I could have gotten a falls view room but we booked the day before so that was to be expected. We did receive a very good river view room and could see the falls from our room!! It was beautiful and the location of the hotel is beyond perfect. The next time I will reserve early, Highly recommend a stay here!!
Disliked: Cost of parking was very high

Small glitches but we'd stay...

Liked: We reserved a falls-view room and the view was marvelous, enhanced by a small seating area where we could have a drink and look out at the magnificent sight of the falls.
Disliked: There was no heat in the room. We thought it was a mechanical problem and asked for a technician but it turned out they were between seasons and had not turned the heat on. The second night they brought us a heater.

Poor

Disliked: Website says landmark view. I would assume the only landmark there is Niagara falls. Was charged extra $100 to see the falls.
