Comfortable stay with great breakfast...

Liked: Everything was perfect! The reception staff were extremely friendly during the check-in and even gave my girlfriend a small surprise gift bc it was her birthday that day. The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was also really good, with many different options to choose from. Seeing the Erasmus bridge ans Rotterdam skyline whilst eating breakfast made the whole experience very special. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel!

Excellent stay with 2 degrees...

Liked: The hotel location is excellent.
Disliked: TV was not working and AC was making sound. I have asked for help but nothing fixed.

Liked: Everything is first class, exceptional staff
Disliked: The fact that you have to reserve to go for a drink in the bar even if you’re a resident of the hotel. This should be explained at check in
