Nice view, but cheap room

Liked: The view is quite nice. There is also public transport close by, so you can get to Centraal easily.
Disliked: The room overall felt very cheap. The TV didnt work properly and was behind a weird door with a glass pane which worsened the brightness and prevented access to the HDMI ports. The locking mechanism for this door was broken and the door was propped close with some wooden wedge. There were some hooks on the wall for clothes, which just fell off, when we hung something on them. The bed was super hard and as far from comfortable as it gets. The ceiling was just gray-painted concrete and the floor was quite scratched.In the bathroom one of the towels smelled weird. The water pressure on the higher floor was not great. The bathroom door doubled as a toilet door, which was inconvenient.The breakfast was okay-ish. The fresh fruits and yogurt were nice, the thawed avocado not so much. There was only one cook for fried eggs, which meant there was quite a queue until you were able to get something. The pancake machine was interesting, but constantly broke and the pancake sirups tasted atrocious.Get something that doesn't cost as much and get the view when walking along the river instead.

Amazing hotel with the best...

Liked: Amazing hotel! It was my birthday and Amondi from the hotel staff made sure to make it my best one yet! She brought my luggage to the room and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, multiple gifts and a handwritten card. I felt SO SPECIAL. Thanks Nhow & Amondi!
