Liked: The art and design of the hotel is so cool and unique. The staff are lovely and helpful. Loved the slippers
Disliked: Temperature of the room was not adjustable and bed was not very comfortable.

Liked: I liked the facilities in this property, as well as the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out.

If you like boutique type...

Liked: Sensational breakfast - I've stayed in 5* hotels where the breakfast wasn't as good. Really funky design. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms completely quiet at night.
Disliked: My room was too warm for my taste but this was as the a/c system in the rooms had not yet been activated (still winter/low season) but weather was warm and therefore rooms as well.

Liked: Staff very friendly, bed comfy, rooms quiet, bathroom massive WITH SHELVES, decor funky.Surrounding area felt safe and nice to walk around.
Disliked: The steam room (a.k.a. turkish bath) was still on the lukewarm side after 8pm, it was humid, but so is London...

Location pretty far

Liked: The hotel was pretty nice designed and had nice staff, the rooms were big and pretty good value for the price.
Disliked: The hotel was pretty far from Navigli even though it was supposed to be close. It took around 25 minutes to Navigli and we had to take the uber pretty much all the time since it was rainy and the hotel was far. It was also far from Centrale. The uber takes around 25 minutes to get there so not really the best positioned hotel if you care about getting to the train/bus.

Disliked: I’m going to leave a proper review on the website, but to anyone looking at staying here READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON TRIP ADVISORLong story short we booked this place due to it stating there was a pool under facilities, the photos also show a pool. The pools closed and couldn’t tell us when they opened. The place had a weird smell and our room looked like a budget porn suite (why were the walls to the shower glass and see through opposite a bed?) The manager was rude after I complained and showed them it stated pool on booking.com. Apparently i should have called up and asked when their pool was going to be open instead of them editing their website. For over one hundred pounds for one night it was awful (they also didn’t offer any kind of apology or retribution)
