Liked: Great size pool and excellent breakfast choices
Disliked: Leaking ceiling on the first floor after the rain. Pitch black hallways with writing on the floor guiding you to your room. Far from the old port. Staff does the bare minimum and fails to provide you with any information voluntarily. There was a techno festival taking place during my stay across the water and you could hear the music in the room until 1am. No mention of this to guests.

Memorable for the wrong reasons

Liked: Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good restaurant. Beautiful view.
Disliked: The place is fine if you stay in your room. As soon as you leave your room it's Jumanji. The place is severely understaffed. The pool area is overcrowded because the hotel allows people who are not from the hotel to use the pool (against an entrance fee). So clearly not enough sunbeds for the number of people they allow in. Clients left their trash everywhere. It's not the hotel's fault if the customers are pigs, but if you are going to serve food and drinks by the pool then you need cleaning staff present. I had an accident and there was no lifeguard or staff to help out. We had to lodge a complaint with management who did her best with her limited resources. She refunded some of the expenses. Shouldn't have had to get the manager involved in the first place.

Nice getaway if you have...

Liked: Pool was great- just next to the beach. Room was perfect for a romantic getaway. Restaurant was good.
Disliked: Location was a bit far from city center and beach bars - about a 20 min walk from the latter.
