Friendly staff and nice room...

Liked: Very comfortable and large bed
Disliked: dimly lit corridorsDidn't have breakfast at the premises as very expensive. (Went to Barbican cafe around the corner)

A quirky hotel with fun...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff.Tastefully decorated rooms with quirky little retro touches. A nod to being British.Little fun extras like complimentary jelly bean machine and refreshments at reception, a giant huggable teddy bear, chairs upholstered to look like the Kings guards. Decor was quirky, fun and tasteful.
