Liked: The reception area was nice and the staff seemed friendly.
Disliked: Our room was very dark, we had a window that had absolutely no sunlight coming though and the window was not facing outside either. Our view was other peoples bedroom windows and an emergency staircase. I felt like I had to keep my curtain shut because I wanted privacy of others not seeing inside my room. The dark room was not well lit either so it actually felt like it was night time during daylight and that was not pleasant. Furthermore when I booked this hotel, the booking indicated to me that I would be having breakfast included in the price, however, when I went down in the morning to eat I was told that it was not included.
