Superb

Can be better

Liked: Location is good, shops and restaurants are just next to premises. Museums and concert halls are all within walkable distance. Very friendly front desk and restaurants staffs.
Disliked: It is more like a business hotel, but that's nothing wrong as this was my choice. The garage can be renovated a bit better, and it is a bit dirty in my opinion. Glass for mouthwash is broken, therefore, I asked to get me one, but the housekeeing never came back.

Good

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean, the staff was very helpful. Excellent location, near the center (15 min walk) but if you need a transportation, there was a subway station beside the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is a little bit older and you can see that. I hope it will be renovated in the near future.Secondly, I was surprised that there were no eggs for breakfast beside boiled eggs.

Just Ok- Be aware of...

Liked: Overall the staff was ok except one important aspect. As you can see in the attached pictures when you check-in they give you a Paper Slip with MISLEADING INFORMATION - they wrote on it Breakfast which in my humble opinion means that Breakfast is included. I traveled in 6 hotels in January and in some we did had breakfast and in some we did not. By the way it is written and by the way the staff at the concierge told us we understood that the breakfast is included. But Surprise ... we were charged 20 euros per person which it does not worth it. You can eat much better around the block. Misleading information is very unprofessional. The walkways are a little to worn out and you can see many scratches ... better maintenance would help.

Reay good value for money!

Liked: The location was perfect to reach the city centre. The area around the hotel felt very safe as well as full of good places for breakfast and dinner. The room is spacious and well kept. Breakfast had both savoury and sweet options, we only had it 1 out of 3 days but only because we wanted to try other things.
Disliked: No window in the bathroom.

Exceptional

Wonderful Holidays in Vienna

Liked: Warm. Silent, cozy, peaceful just enough to take your breath away and then go for a trip, or just a walk to the markets for Christmas. We also went on a longer trip to Halstatt and Salzburg and made shoppings quite easily because the hotel was in the middle of Mariahilferstrasse.We were enchanted with carrols at St Stephan Cathedral and with Rigoletto by Verdi at the Vienna Stadt Opera.
Disliked: There is nothing you could dislike and I will make a comeback to this hotel

Perfect option in the center...

Liked: Great stay at the heart of Vienna. The quality of the room and attentiveness of the employees were exceptional.
