Great place to stay when...

Liked: Clean and cozy room with friendly staff and good attention to detail. Early check in and late check out we're greatly appreciated. Complimentary gummies, mints, hot chocolate, and water were a definite bonus. Luggage storage was great, and it's conveniently located steps from the Flixbus pick up stop.

Great, we'll be back when...

Liked: Regarding the hotel itself, almost everything was great. Very good value for what we paied (two connected rooms for less than 100€ per room per night). Clean, solid quality, nice facilities... At a normal hotel you couldn't wish for more.
Disliked: The communication regarding a possible late-checkout was difficult. We got at least three different infos (officially from the NH Hotel group) via their homepage, the telephone hotline and the Booking-chat. The outcome was absolutely fine, but until our check-in we didn't know for sure which info (check-out time and price) will be the right one. Also, the (external) parking garage massively increased their prices a few days before our arrival but the hotel homepage still stated the old ones. The hotel is not responsible for the parking of course but this old (lower) price-info led us to park there (instead of somewhere else maybe). Not a big deal, just a bit unlucky.
