Incredible and impressive stay

Liked: A wonderful hotel with a very unusual and impressive architecture. The decorations and paintings on the walls are amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. The attitude of the hotel staff towards customers is beyond praise. Excellent breakfasts. We also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter (Elisey, if I'm note mistaken) was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of advice on the choice of dishes and wine, as we needed it. We will definitely stay at the hotel again when we arrive in Turin.

All in all really great...

Liked: The staff are so welcoming and helpful and will go over and above for you. The rooms are large and airy. The location is perfect, so close to all of the sights.
Disliked: Maintenance could look at some of the walls etc in the room, a bit marked etc, but not a huge problem. The food in the restaraunt wasn't great and when left the staff didn't seem to be concerned why.
