Liked: Excellent location, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and the extras provided such as tea and shower caps were a nice touch

Liked: The hotel felt safe.
Disliked: The value for money, breakfast wasn't included despite what the package I purchased stating breakfast was included. We couldn't get adjoining rooms, despite hotel staff saying they would do this for us.

Liked: Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely decor. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. A well stocked fridge in room.
Disliked: Room cleaning.Toilet rolls only left on 1st day. Had to ask at reception. We stayed a week.Some areas of wardrobe dusty at top. Had to utilise the space as no draws.

Liked: The room was a medium size, but felt about right and nothing was missing. The options and variety in the breakfast buffet were plenty and tasteful. In this hotel you are a few steps away from the main shopping area, so the location feels great. Finally the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: During our stay (between Christmas and New Years) the laundry was not available. It felt odd not to have this option available for travellers in that peak travelling season.
