Overall a good bang for...

Liked: The beds are comfy and the room is spacious The front desk people were nice and attentive.
Disliked: No coffee or tea in the room . You would expect the bare minimum of instant coffee in a 4 star room but they didn’t have it. As someone who needs his coffee in the morning - I was forced to purchase coffee in the hotel bar for 3.40 euros. So for two nights I spent almost 14 euros for me and my girlfriend just for a simple coffee…. When I asked the front desk I was told that only “premium rooms” have coffee in their room :/ - not good looks for such a big hotel chain. I was also treated quite rudely about this subject. Also there was always a super long line for the front desk. Even for the checkout we had to wait like 20 minutes. Another thing is the location - not super convenient

Disliked: The only issue was the Wi-Fi - it was non existent - couldn’t even connect to WhatsApp
