Good location. Comfortable room for...

Liked: Location to Centro Historico. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There were two people in the room but only one bottle of water provided (?) Would have liked to have had a face towel as well as a bath towel. Noise from adjoining room early in the morning.

NH you can do better!

Liked: the location was very good. Near the Zocolo, many restaurants and all the main bits of the centre. The room was large and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The shower head in the room was broken. When you ran the water in the hand basin the water ran all over the counter and onto the floor. The chair in the room looked really old and shabby. The staff at breakfast were mostly ok, some appeared irritating. The woman in charge was especially unfriendly and she seemed disinterested in the guests.

Liked: The location is great. Close to the city center.
Disliked: Cleaning is by far poor. The bathroom was not working properly. TV was out of service.
