Lovely hotel with great rooms...

Liked: The team were very good and the accommodation was clean comfortable and spacious. Lovely pillows too.
Disliked: The stairs up to the building are difficult with heavy luggage.

Liked: Bathroom and toiletries were high quality and nice
Disliked: Room service staff didn't speak English, hotel is not suitable for international guests who doesn't speak Spanish, for the price the room was below other hotel rooms with the same pricing, no staff helped with luggage in the check-in and check-out. Room service menu is very limited and doesn't have good variety. Didn't find the stay there welcoming or accommodating and I would not recommend for anyone
