We’ve had a really pleasant...

Liked: The view, cleanliness, tasty breakfast with great choice of dishes. I liked the environment-friendly hotel concept a lot (you can get a free drink in the bar when you stay for more than 1 night and refuse from daily room cleaning).
Disliked: Location is pretty far from city centre, but easily accessible with a tram. Moreover, the hotel is near a very nice park which is definitely worth to walk through.

Exceptional

Liked: Family rooms were perfect for those travelling with kids. Completely with mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping space.
Disliked: Parking prices are high

Liked: Family rooms are excellent, compete with mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping space.
Disliked: Parking could be a bit cheaper but next door is a Mr Parkit location, with this you can park for half the price as long as you book in advance.

Family trip

Liked: Great big room for a family with kitchen and spacious balcony, nice view of the city. Lovely green surraundings with cable car from hotel lobby to second NH restorant in the little forest like park Mrazovka. Nearby is a shopping mall Novy Smichov (100-200 m) and metro/tram station.

Liked: Easy access to the city center, but away from the crouds
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. Facilities are old, but well maintained.

Kind but ignorant personal

Liked: Simple but clean rooms. They had Good beer and food. The breakfast is not comprehensive, only the basic things. 3 coffee machines is a plus. The cleaners was often sitting in the corridor and watching videos on social media. Only one water bottle to the room during the week. Sometimes they forgot to replace the towels the took away. I had a clogged sink but no one fixed that during the week. The sink was loose and I was worried it would break if I lend forward. The air condition wasn’t available as they said it was too cold outside (+12 C) so i had really bad air during the night. The WiFi wasn’t available in my room so I used my phones 5G the whole week. I am not going to stay there again as they didn’t care about my complaints. There are other hotels in the area.

Generally disappointed with the service...

Liked: Location was passable as it was within walking distance from the metro station.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned up after the first night. We did not alert the staff as it was already late and would wanted to rest instead of having the staff coming in to clean. There was an issue with the card key which require many tries to get the room door open. We brought it down to inform the staff on duty but they tested with their machine at the reception and said there was no issue. We had to try again for numerous times before the door would open. It is like a trial and error and we had to pray that it would not give us trouble on the day we needed to check out. True enough, it did give us some trouble on our day of check out. Even the cleaning staff tried helping and their master card would not open the door as well. We were rather disappointed that the reception staff did not bother to come up to the room with us to verify if there was indeed an issue with the card key. We had to struggle with it before our check out and we missed the earlier bus going to the airport. The staff on duty at the reception did not apologise for the inconvenience caused and we were rather surprised as our impression of NH hotels were supposed to be at least a 4 star hotel service.
