Liked: Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. Couldn't fault anything with our stay, it was very pleasant and highly recommend to anyone.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

There are much better options...

Liked: The hotel is well-positioned.
Disliked: In some respects, it's "fine": a standard corporate urban hotel. However, there are much better options. Our room was noisy; we asked to be moved, but the room we were moved to had no kettle, no ironing board. These are perhaps trivial but the hotel isn't cheap. The breakfast restaurant had little flowers in water on the tables: they were mouldy. This is perhaps trivial, but the hotel isn't cheap. There are better options.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, well...

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff at front desk and breakfast. Bed was large and very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out in the room.
Disliked: There was construction going on in the street next to the hotel which I found annoying and difficult. Also it was very expensive - this was the week before Holy Week. It's usually more reasonably priced.
