A nice hotel with pleasant...

Liked: Convenient location, near where I wanted to be. Good connections to other parts of the city. Lovely shower.
Disliked: AC/Heating a bit over complicated. Either freezing cold or boiling hot. (Winter visitor)

Disliked: Room was Cold and couldn’t heat it because thermostats where fixed to 18C and even calling reception could not fix this. Its really poor service for a 4 star hotel.

A pleasant one-night stop

Liked: Friendly service, clean hotel, and comfortable beds. Near hotel, there's a metro stop with direct connections to the airport. In the morning, we had an early departure, and there was a small breakfast (pastries, coffee, croissants, fresh juice) available in the lobby.
Disliked: 200 euros per night. Missing lamps and things covered with painter's tape in bathroom

Liked: First and foremost the location in proximity to the Santiago Bernabeu, the purpose of my visit. Secondly everything about my stay from the friendliness of the staff, my room was perfect in every aspect, very clean, comfortable Queen Anne bed, nice size screen TV, mini bar, nice size en suite bathroom with all the facilities, nice large walk in shower with button press operation, if I had hair the dryer would have been useful. I particularly enjoyed watching the Spanish football on the tv in the bar whilst having some bar food and a few beers, the bar staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: If I was being very picky, I felt a little restricted in the choices on the bar menu and I think I would have struggled if my stay was longer than the weekend and probably not cost effective.
