Very good

Liked: The hotel is fine in itself - clean room and bathroom, relatively close to the metro stop.
Disliked: The room was on the small side. Location is quite a distance from the main sights, although relatively close to a metro stop. In terms of cost per night, and considering the location, it didn't quite figure.

Even with the hassle of...

Disliked: The hotel was being renovated and I would prefer to know before hand what I would find when I arrive there. I think the customer has the right to know that the hotel is under renovation and it means noise and other disturbances during the stay.

Nice hotel for a short...

Liked: The room was spacious, everything spotless clean and facilities relatively new. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good - in a residential area within 5-7 min walk from metro station.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is not far away from Santjago Bernabeu stadium so it just what we were looking for. Also it is not so far away from the Airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable and no noises from the outside so a quite good soundproofing system. A spacious bathroom.
Disliked: The bathroom had a heating radiator but it was cold as ice and did not work. Outside was raining so it would be really a help. Also as there is 4* hotel I expected kettle in the room but there wasn't any.
