Nice staff but noisy rooms

Liked: Not so pretty area but walking distance from the centre. Staff is nice and speaks a lot of languages.
Disliked: Very noisy, could hear everything from the hallway and the room above. If you bring a dog you have to sign a paper with a long list of rules that are all common sense but apparently there are no rules for people.. We paid 50 euro extra to stay on New Year’s Eve but got a worse experience because people were partying in the hotel, screaming in the hallways and even knocking doors in the middle of the night.

Excellent food, friendly & professional...

Liked: Fantastic staff from the front desk to the restaurant. Just wished a bit more generous with tapas. I had to ask for Olives, in a country with nothing more of. The Restaurant menu was fantastic and the food was exceptional! Highly recommend the menu, especially the fresh fish of the day.
Disliked: A bit difficult to find, even my SAT Nav had difficulty. However, once I arrived, it was great.

Liked: Lovely front desk staff at check in and check out
Disliked: My only negative comment was there was no price list for the mini bar. I had some biscuits which i thought must be complimentary but they weren’t

Nice surprise.

Liked: Rooms size, confortable facilities. Staff was helpful and kind.
Disliked: Windows didn't block enough the street noise (9th floor)

Disliked: though the personal was trying to help, the sheets were dirty, there was no blanket cover at all, there was really cold in the room, and the breakfast was really poor. i do not think this hotel should have 4 stars, we were really disappointed
