Superb

Liked: Great experience. Great room.
Disliked: The toilet what not perfectly cleaned and sealed once I arrived. That cannot happen in a hotel of this caliber. From day 2 onwards it was perfectly clean.

Good value

Liked: Clean, modern, well-equipped, a short 9 minute walk to Sants station. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good quality with a,wide variety. Our room was quiet.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard with insufficient padding to cover the top of the mattress springs. The air-conditioning didn't work well, perhaps due to restrictions on energy use, but we were able to open the window.

Disliked: when i booked, i paid everything was included and on my confirmation, it was written i had to pay 0. But when i checked in, they asked me to pay city tax. whin was already included on cofirmation.

Exceptional

Liked: Along the road, close to shops and restaurants and buses. Walking distance to the train stations. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My hubby and I are both happy and enjoyed the place
