A great a hotel with...

Liked: I liked the great service offered by the receptionist.
Disliked: The restaurant for dinner was an absolute disaster. We ordered the food, and after an hour and a half, it was still not delivered. When we asked, they apologised and informed us that the kitchen had some problem and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. When we received the food, it was very salty. We, along with other guests, complained. We were then served the food, but it was cold. The next evening, as we were too tired to go out for dinner, we decided to eat at the restaurant. As we sat down at the table and waited for the waiter to take our order, we saw a couple on the following table who had just received their meal. The couple had a bite of the food and puked. When we enquired them, they said the food was terrible. We left and went to near by Indian restaurant where it was palatable and warm.
