Good

Liked: The facility is close to store and restaurants. There is also always an Uber drive around because the location is so popular. Some of the staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. It in a very convenient location for me, as my family lives walking distance from this hotel.
Disliked: The was a women at the reception desk that was not very friendly. I had booked the junior suit for three people and she was only giving us one room keycard, when I asked for another she was very bother. In my future interactions with her, she still wasn't very friendly, but the other receptionist were very friendly. Also, for an upscale hotel, i was in shock, how bad and dirty their sofa mattress was, you can feel the springs and can't last more than 2 hours on it without back pain. Just sleep on the couch and put a sheet on it.

Liked: convenience, location, this was our 4th stay .I would like that to be taken into account on the next visit so that maybe we can get a better room.
Disliked: shower didn't drain properly in the first room. but we were transfered to a different room, but a different floor.
