Liked: The location was very good.
Disliked: Rooms were too small bathroom was tiny and not well maintained. Basic things to bring up to the room they wanted to attached a service charge. Even if running out of water. Reception was not well staffed with long wait times.

Never going back again

Disliked: Over priced! The room is very small, The toilet doesn’t work, the Ac doesn’t work!

Comfortable and peaceful

Liked: Location, service and room cleanliness + gym.Have to mention about the breakfast which was high quality and with timely and generous replenishments
Disliked: One elevator was not operational and given we stay over a weekend, the wait time was rather long.

Liked: Every thing except the AC
Disliked: I recently stayed at the NH Collection Hotel in Milan and was very disappointed with the service. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, only blowing air but not cooling. When I contacted the reception, I was informed that the hotel was following government instructions to keep the air conditioning off. This was not communicated on Booking.com, where air conditioning was listed as an available amenity. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused, as I believe this is my right given the circumstances.

not the best value for...

Liked: Not bad value for money and a nicely decorated room - the location was between the main part of the city and the station. Staff were helpful and the bar downstairs was cute.
Disliked: Parts of the room were a little tired, buttons were worn and it was bizarrely really hard to turn the lights on and off? The room looked onto a rooftop and a wall, basically there was no point opening the curtains. The shower took about 10 mins to get hot and the plug for the kettle was extremely slow. I wasn't that happy.
