Nice but wouldn’t return

Liked: Looked fresh and clean, nice, beds were comfortable
Disliked: The room was small and the duplex was a bit strange, wouldn’t use it really, the restaurant was over priced for what it was and breakfast service was bad

Charming, comfortable and secure location

Liked: Central location near Brera area and walking distance to Duomo area and beside Eataly Milano
Disliked: Male Breakfast staff was slow to serve, got multiple simple orders wrong and didn’t clear away dishes promptly during service. A lot of traffic noise owing to busy traffic and tram area.

Disliked: Lack of cleaning, very small room, after they cleaned they ruined the bathroom even more, the bed was the worst

Liked: The exterior was very nice, and the rooms were compact but clean.The staff was great and amiable. They responded to our requests quickly and with a smile. There seemed to be some system trouble with check-in, so it took a little longer, but they more than made up for it with their willingness to serve us. A staff member spoke a little Japanese, and we enjoyed conversing in Japanese.
