Liked: The hotel is clean and tidy.Very close to the metro stationThe bed was comfortable.The breakfast is good and the croissant was very nice.The spa was amazingThe staff has remarkable people skills!
Disliked: We checked in on a Wednesday night and apparently the city glass collection happens on that night. It was very noisy considering that we are on the 3rd floor. It was 4-5ish in the morning and I did not had a good sleep on that night, otherwise other nights were fine.

Liked: Good location, very nicely decorated hotel, well equipped and cool rooms
Disliked: Sauna is small and needs to be booked in advance (we couldn't make it). Average breakfast

Amazing and enjoyable

Liked: Staff was amazing, I have been travelling a lot and I must admit they go extra mile to make a stay as amazing as possible, very responsive to messages, friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Hotel room had all needed facilities, great decor and fairly good location, close to Milan Centrale. Perfect stay for a couple.
Disliked: The only one are of improvement is breakfast, I would expect a better choice of selection for this hotel standard but whatever was available was fresh and great.
