Disliked: The spa is not really included in the price as you only have access to the spa for 30 mins a day where you have to book before hand. Not as advertised.

Liked: The staff at the main desk up graded us as it was my partners they was very accommodating.Maria Beatrice , went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one
