Disliked: It was cold in the room, and it was not possible to raise the temperature.

Great for a short stay

Liked: Location is OK, walking distance from Milano Central train station, and to the Duomo. Metro and tram stations are also close by. The room is spacious and the staff were very friendly. Great pizza restaurant less than 4 minutes away.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night, as we could hear people talking on the street, and cars and trams passing by.

Great location but a bit...

Liked: Location was great, and they made up for the mistake that happened on the first night. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: We didn’t have the room we had booked for our first night, but they gave us an even better room for the other nights. It was a bit noisy in the mornings a a other rooms’ doors closing make a lot of noise. The rooms are a bit dated.
