Disliked: There was no inroom tea or coffee facilityI booked hotel with cancelation and paid extra and payment will be charged at the time of checkin but hotel charged me once I finished reservation, that is not the right way. Why I paid Extra? So be carefully at the time of reservation

Very clean hotel close to...

Liked: The hotel is very close to the Milano Fair facilities. I did not like the food in restaurant. Was the worst food I have eaten in Italy.

Very Comfortable Hotel, excellent location...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, location can't be better when you visit the fair as it is opposite South entrance, few metres across the road.
Disliked: The waiting for lift, the hotel is busy and lifts seem to be old and probably need to be addressed for better efficiency

Convenient location for business trips...

Liked: It was a convenient choice due to the excellent location near the Fiera. Staff was nice and breakfast very good and varied. The interior looks outdated and deteriorated, which made it seem way overpriced. On the bright side, it was clean and pretty quiet. The parking was full when we arrived midday due to Salone del Mobile taking place, so had to wait a while until someone got out so we could enter. If you come before or after the event’s closing time, you probably won’t have this issue, but still it would be great if they could reserve parking spots for guests.
