Liked: Location good, near multiple metro stations. Supermarket short walk away by Plaza de Toros / Ventas.Wasn't included but decent breakfast quality.Fridge in room is always a good thing.
Disliked: Always good to have a gym but it was very small and only fit 2 people in really.Breakfast wasn't included and cost 22.50 each day. Didn't like the pillows.Shower a bit tricky.

It was good but nothing...

Liked: The property looked nice, and wasn’t too far from bus stops / metro. The bed / room was comfortable. The shower was fantastic.The two entry doors to the room also helped to eliminate sound from the corridor which was good, as it could be quite loud with the second door open.One of the ladies behind the bar was so lovely, we didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful dark skin and short dark hair. She was fantastic! The others were very rude and didn’t care, one gave us a filthy used plate when we requested 2 to take to our room and when we requested some milk for tea, the other brought over a jug of milk from a table who had just left!It was raining during our stay and the hotel only seemed to have one umbrellas for guests to share. It would have been good to have access to an umbrella.
Disliked: The property looked clean from a distance but we found it was quite dirty. The toilet bowl on the outside was filthy, the seat looked like it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. There was dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom, and the bath & shower head were stained.There was no kettle in the room and we couldn’t get one, which was a shame.
