Liked: Breakfast was very good. Felt parking was a bit expensive given the area and location for a weekend visit, where parking is essential. Broadly very good, I like NH.

A good location for a...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice, also glutenfree options. Safe space for parking, bit expensive though.
Disliked: The receptionist made a mistake, she swapped numbers concerning my room number. I went repeatedly back to the reception to inform her I couldn't get access to my room. The door remained locked, whatever I tried. She reacted defensive, and even blamed me not opening the door in a correct way. In the end I really became annoyed, fortunately her colleague jumped in and helped me. Turned out I had received te wrong room number. I complained at the desk, and got a card for free drinks. Next problem: lamps next to both beds were broken. I complained, and it became fixed. Lastly: the next door the door again remained blocked. It became fixed and they offered a drink card. (From a huge pile of free-drink-cards)However, I did not feel the staff really learned from this. It just went to easy: a complaint, quick fix and: the free drink card. I didn't get the feeling the staff was learning from mistakes so they prevent them.

Location sensational, price insane.

Liked: Location next to site we were going was great.
Disliked: Very basic rooms which were an insanely high price compared to the comfort and facilities. Old and in need of renovation. One of our party had a "renovated" room while the other two rooms we had were not. There was almost no difference, bar the bed linen.
