Location great, but rooms need...

Liked: Location and roof top barReception staff member on check in was helpful.Customer Relationship manager came out and apologised and took off bar tab from our bill. But prior to her intervention, reception staff were not helpful at all with room issues.
Disliked: Expensive for what we got! Compared to other hotels certainly not at 4 star standard. Room decor needs an upgrade Curtains have holes and falling downBathrooms have mould.First Room air conditioner only blowing very cold air like a fridgeMoved to second room and that had a sewerage smell.

Excellent hotel in Lisbon

Liked: Felt very welcome when we arrived.Room was comfortable and clean.Very quiet.Roof top bar and pool with a view of Lisbon was all very impressive.
Disliked: The toilet paper wall handle was falling off the wall in room 707, but it wasn't an issue.We got to choose our room when checking in online, but it wasn't clear which room had a good view, if any.Ours didn't, so it leaves me wondering if I could have chosen a better room with more information?We couldn't see anything but a wall, even though we were on the 7th floor.
