Perfect stay

Liked: We have stayed for one night and we were so impressed with the comfort and quality! Our first impression was happiness that the reception was open thus we have arrived almost at midnight. Second one, the room. It was set up very well, and everything was perfect: the bathroom (with bathtub). Thirdly, the breakfast: it was amazing, the choice of the dishes and their quality. The hotel staff was gentle and friendly. And the underground parking was a great addition.

Overpriced and not a pleasant...

Liked: Close to highway and shopping center and underground parking. Have visited regularly over 3 year-period due to its location as a convenient highway stop.
Disliked: Check-in staff have over the years become increasingly unfriendly and even rude. Restaurant food quality used to be excellent but now low quality and mostly overcooked. Not even menu card option only buffet service. Breakfast is ok but not as good as it used to be.

Nice hotel, bad service. Disappointing...

Liked: Comfortable beds, comfortable room equipment, working WiFi, bathroom with bathtub, sufficient hot water pressure, underground parking included in the price. Location at the exhibition center.
Disliked: We have been visiting this hotel regularly for several years. When we arrived on Friday around 6 pm, we were the fifth in line at the reception. Our check in took 50 minutes!!! We don't understand why we have to fill in data on a printed form that the hotel has available from past visits and from the electronic reservation. In the evening we visited a bar. We sat down at a table (about 10 peaple was there), but no one noticed us for 15 minutes. In the end, we had to order at the bar, where the barmaid was putting used glasses in the dishwasher. We finished our first drink and no one noticed us. We had to go to the bar again to pay. The bathroom sink was dirty.
