Disliked: staff weren't very helpful when we had questions, spa was very small, pool water was cold, sauna wasn't hot

Perfect choice for a vacation...

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. It’s right next to the Science Museum in Valencia in the Las Artes neighbourhood. It’s also within walking distance of the bus stops which can take you anywhere around including the beaches. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Great visit, clean and friendly...

Liked: I loved the location was easy to get to the old town and perfect for a day at the cite of arts. The staff on reception were really helpful and answered all of our questions. The pool area was a lovely bonus and a great way to start the morning. We visited during the aftermath of DANA and although staff has experienced their own issues they were all really accommodating.
Disliked: A wider section of normal tea bags in the room.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Great location, staff very friendly, very good breakfast. The room, although dated (the furniture was chipped and taps old etc minor stuff) had everything, nice bed, large clean bath/shower, TV, tea and coffee, mini fridge, safe. The hotel restaurant was very nice. All in all very good value
Disliked: Nothing it was all very nice
