was not very welcoming and...

Liked: The receptionist was good but not very helpful in the resturant
Disliked: very cold

Good except fur curtain issue...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The curtains in the room didnt close so it meant bad sleep from sunrise

Disliked: The curtains in room 501 WERE NOT FITTED PROPERLY SO LIGHT COULD COME INTO THE ROOM & upset sleep . Curtains should & must be checked as routine
